Kamala is Ready to Lead Free World [Cackles]
In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Vice President Kamala Harris reassured Americans of her readiness to serve amid mounting concerns over President Biden's age and mental capabilities.
As mentioned in yesterday’s BRIGHT, Special Counsel Robert Hur's report on Biden's handling of classified documents highlighted memory limitations. Though no charges were recommended, Republicans criticized, while Democrats, including strategists James Carville and Paul Begala, expressed worry about Biden's capability and response to public appearances. Even Hillary Clinton acknowledged Biden's age as a “legitimate issue,” amid ongoing debates about his reelection prospects.
The New York Post reported:
Former First Lady Hillary Clinton said she believes President Biden’s age is a “legitimate” campaign issue even as the commander-in-chief is under fire over a damning special counsel’s report accusing him of being senile.
“I talked to people in the White House all the time, and you know, they know it’s an issue, but as I like to say, ‘look, it’s a legitimate issue,’” Clinton told MSNBC’s Alex Wagner earlier this week. “It’s a legitimate issue for [ex-President Donald] Trump who’s only three years younger, right? So it’s an issue.”
Fox News reported that Harris is “ready to serve.” More from Fox News:
Harris made the statement during a a recent interview last week before the Thursday release of Special Counsel Robert Hur's report on Biden's mishandling of classified documents, which described the president’s memory as having "significant limitations."
"I am ready to serve. There’s no question about that," Harris told The Wall Street Journal, adding that everyone who observes her work "walks away fully aware of my capacity to lead."
In other words, the Biden folks are attempting to spread the word that you’re better off with him 🤣
