FBI Director to Testify to Congress on Wednesday

FBI Director Christopher Wray will face questioning from House Republicans on several issues, including FBI misconduct in the Russia investigation and preferential treatment toward Hunter Biden.

The Washington Examiner reported, “Facing scrutiny from GOP lawmakers that has included calls for his removal, Wray will come under enormous pressure to answer questions substantively, particularly after months during which the bureau has done little to address concerns about its work.”

The Examiner outlined seven topics Wray will likely be grilled on by House Republicans. Among them, the FBI's withholding of documents related to allegations against the Biden family, the raid of Mar-a-Lago, limitations on witness interviews in the Hunter Biden investigation, unequal allocation of resources in investigating attacks on anti-abortion centers and churches, the presence of agents involved in the Russia investigation, collaboration with social media companies to censor content, and interactions with Attorney General Merrick Garland.

Prime Day 2023: Your Favorite Made-Up Holiday

The Hallmark-holiday Valentine’s Day or marketing-holiday Black Friday can’t hold a candle to Amazon’s brazen Prime Day. Now it’s two days! I haven’t explored the deals yet, but will say it’s a good time to pick up Amazon devices like Kindles, Fire Stick and Echos. A new feature this year is a spotlight on deals from Small Businesses.

When I shop Amazon Prime Day, I do so by looking at past orders and seeing if the stuff I normally buy is on sale. Tip: There’s almost always a good deal on vitamins and supplements.
