I don’t know if all states voting yesterday had the same experience, but here in Texas the lines were particularly long, especially for a primary. After my second try, I was able to vote after a 45-minute wait in line. Any longer and I would have started questioning whether we really need to take the time to show ID (just kidding, just kidding).
