Average Mortgage Soars to $3,322 Per Month

The average monthly mortgage payment in the U.S. has risen to $3,322, almost double the amount when President Biden took office. The surge in costs, attributed to Biden's economic policies, is impacting home affordability, particularly for young potential buyers.

Tom Bevan of Real Clear Politics noted that the Wall Street Journal (subscription required) simply declared:

John Nolte at Breitbart wrote that the housing market's challenges also result from factors like an open southern border, adding millions of new residents, and Democrats’ preference for high-density living, discouraging single-family home construction. He argues that Democrats intentionally promote policies that hinder home ownership, creating dependency on the government and subscription-based services.
