Average Mortgage Soars to $3,322 Per Month
The average monthly mortgage payment in the U.S. has risen to $3,322, almost double the amount when President Biden took office. The surge in costs, attributed to Biden's economic policies, is impacting home affordability, particularly for young potential buyers.
